How It Works

As clients arrive at your facility’s order line and select their service package from your ticket writer, our technician examines their windshield for damage.

After their order is complete we show the client the damage, ask if they would like to have it repaired, explain that the repair is at no cost to them with full coverage insurance, and that their insurance company would rather repair the windshield than replace it later.

We then answer any questions they may have, explain the process to establish appropriate expectations, go over our satisfaction guarantee and warranty, then proceed with the repair process.

Our technician writes an invoice and verifies coverage with the insurance company.

Repairs rarely take more than a few minutes and are performed while the vehicle is being serviced by your team.

Vehicles remain in line and the repair does not impede the line speed or the car care center staff. It helps your clients and brings in additional revenue to your facility.

The invoice is entered onto a daily log sheet which will be given to you or your manager at day’s end, and will be tallied at the month’s end then paid to you through a corporate paper check or direct deposit.

At year’s end we supply your firm with a 1099 form from our payroll department for tax purposes.

We handle any issues that may arise after the work is performed and promise not to impede your operation, staff, or line speed.

We are paid through the insurance company. There is absolutely no cost for you to offer our service at your facility, nothing to stock, order or buy, and no insurance company billing headaches.
